We ship to addresses across the United Kingdom only – England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not currently ship internationally.
It depends on where the item is when you order. If it is in stock in our UK warehouse, delivery takes 3-5 business days from the day you order. If it is held in our other warehouse, allow 7-10 business days. If it is out of stock everywhere, the product page will say pre-order and it dispatches within 14-21 business days. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Delivery is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Orders over £30 ship free within the UK. Any question, email support@squishtoys.co.uk.
Email support@squishtoys.co.uk as soon as you can. If the order has not been dispatched we will amend or cancel it for you. Once it has shipped, our standard returns process applies.
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, and a 14-day statutory right to cancel under UK consumer rules. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Email support@squishtoys.co.uk with your order number and what you would like to return. We will send you the return address and instructions.
If the item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong, we cover the return postage. For a change of mind, return postage is at your cost.
Once we receive and check your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Most of our squishies are polyurethane foam or soft PVC, and stress balls are usually foam or gel fill. Materials are listed on each product page – email us if you need them before ordering.
Age guidance is shown on each product page. Some items contain small parts and are not suitable for children under three. Please supervise young children.
Keep it dry, wash surface dirt with a damp cloth and let it air dry. Do not machine wash or wring it out – that damages the foam and shortens its life.
