What it is
A little handmade hamster you can squish flat and watch bounce back. Squeeze it once and you’ll get it.
It’s a Taba squishy: a soft silicone core wrapped in a fuzzy flocked skin, shaped to sit right in your palm. Every piece is handcrafted, so no two hamsters come out the same. Yours is yours.
The bounce is slow. Almost stubborn. That’s the good part.
It’s built as a stress relief fidget toy and a sensory toy, but that’s the clinical way of saying it. Really, it’s the thing your hands reach for when your brain is busy.
Key features
The core is food-grade silicone. Safe, odourless, non-toxic. Hand it to a kid without a second thought.
Outside, the fur comes from advanced flocking technology. Soft to the touch, and it barely sheds. Less fuzz on your jumper, less picking at it. The flocking holds up to repeat squeezing too, so it keeps its fuzzy look longer than you’d expect.
When it gets grubby, a wipe does the job. Easy to clean, ready for the next squeeze.
Each hamster arrives with a cute accessory tucked in as a surprise gift. You don’t know what you’re getting until it lands.
Colour: pink. Soft, milkshake pink.
How to use it
Squeeze it. That’s it. Desk, couch, cup holder, coat pocket. It travels wherever your hands get restless.
Press it, roll it, pinch it, let it spring back into shape. Then put it down and get on with your day.
Cleaning takes seconds. Damp cloth, gentle wipe, air dry.
Who it’s for
Kids and adults both. It suits small hands and restless grown-up ones just as well.
Parents buy it for the playroom. Adults buy it for their own desk and pretend it’s for the kids. It comes beautifully packaged, so it works as a gift straight out of the box.
Collectors, take note: the handmade part matters. No two are identical.

decent little toy. the flocking is soft and there’s no weird smell, which was my main worry. takes a few seconds for the bounce to come all the way back but i think thats the point

The handmade part really shows. The shape of mine is a bit lopsided next to the listing photos and I like that about it. Food-grade silicone means I don’t worry when my niece grabs it.

The silicone core is what sold me. It’s odourless, squishes completely flat and doesn’t crack. After a few weeks of use it still springs back the same way. Packaging was lovely too, felt like opening a gift.
