Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed. Once processed, orders are dispatched within 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been placed and a second notification when your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
We dispatch from the United Kingdom to UK addresses only. How long you wait depends on where the item is stored when you order:

Each product page states which of these applies to that item. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Orders may arrive in separate parcels when they ship from different locations.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed clearly before you complete your purchase — no hidden surprises.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been successfully processed, you will receive a tracking number by email within 5 business days of placing order, but are also available upon request after dispatch.
Lost or Damaged Orders
We take great care in packing every order. However, if your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@squishtoys.co.uk within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please include your order number and a photo of any damage when contacting us.

International Customs & Duties Notice
For orders shipped to destinations outside the United Kingdom, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
